Reality-based training is a practical way to prepare officers for threats and confrontations they may encounter while policing. Training designed to resemble real life scenarios better prepares officers for safety. Upon completion, participants will gain an awareness of the need for mental preparation, mental toughness, visual imagery, and the importance of a winning mindset. Hood drills will be used to provide participants with intense experience fragments relating to sudden attacks, and force options.
