Managing Police Conduct
Managing Police Conduct is designed to help identify, structure, and promote a departmental culture of police conduct that is proper, professional, and progressive. Police Conduct should always drive the agency toward its mission and vision, core values, and desired image on a daily basis. Officers on the front line are the face of the agency to the everyday citizen and the driving force that will cause all your organizational endeavors to either sink or sail. Managing this valuable vehicle is a must, therefore obtaining strategies to do so is vital. This course will grow participants ability to recognize potential problematic practices in the organization and its personnel before they cause major issues, help develop strategies to guide desired culture, and deal with the problematic personnel in a non-stressful manner. This class is recommended for all certified law enforcement officers.
• This class is 8 hours.
• Class hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
