Refund Policy

Membership Program Participants: The Criminal Justice Institute is unable to offer refunds for the membership program at this time. Agencies may substitute participants with prior approval only. Individuals who cancel their registration may be issued a credit to be used for a future class. Please contact Margaret Cotton at [email protected] or 501-570-8048 for details.

Non-Arkansas Agencies: Refunds for course fees will be granted up to 30 days before the date of the course. A $25 processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Requests for refunds received after this time will be considered on a case-by-case basis only. A written request for refund should be emailed to Margaret Cotton at [email protected] or faxed to 501-570-1465.
