Human Relations Training for Law Enforcement Personnel: Communicating and Building Relationships
Establishing trust within the community you serve is a vital component of policing. This NEW course from CJI, Human Relations Training for Law Enforcement Personnel: Communicating and Building Relationships, is designed to assist law enforcement personnel in addressing the challenges of communicating and building relationships in the communities they serve.
When human relations skills are not properly applied, it can lead to negative outcomes while performing and applying daily law enforcement activities in the community. Through this course, officers will undergo an introspection of attitudes and behaviors to identify areas in need of improvement to increase the possibility of positive interactions.
The course will be held February 28 at the Russellville Police Department.
